The Emotional Theme for each type tells us whether we are operating in alignment with our design or not. They don’t need advice, they just need to talk through the decision with someone they trust. When they are making decisions, they can use those close loved ones as sounding boards to help them gain clarity. This will help a Reflector feel more stable in their environment. They should try to cultivate deep and lasting bonds with a few people in their life. What is really important for Reflectors is to be in the right place with the right people. They only have the strategy of allowing time to pass before making decisions. However, because Reflectors do not have any center definition in their Human Design chart, they do not have a specific authority to follow. It’s our body’s way of helping us to make decisions, big and small. So Reflectors should take as much time as they can to decide whether they want to move forward or not.Īuthority goes hand in hand with Strategy. 4 weeks is ideal, but often unrealistic in our fast-paced world. Once invited, they should wait sit with the opportunity for as long as possible before making a decision. Without consistent energy to initiate action, Reflectors should wait to be recognized or invited to share for the big things in life, like career, living arrangements, relationship, etc. They need plenty of time to rest and restore their energy.Įach Human Design Type has a corresponding Strategy, or roadmap, that tells them how to best live in alignment with their type. That means that they aren’t really designed to work a traditional 9-5 type job. Reflectors do not have consistent access to work force and life force energy. A deep connection with at least a few people in their life can help provide some stability amidst constantly changing energy. In the Human Design chart, Reflectors have only gates defined, which means it can feel hard to identify consistent and reliable character traits and patterns of behavior.
